Brilliant service from VA-Tungsten in Durban

Just over a year ago I bought a Tungsten wedding ring online from VA-Tungsten in Durban. I was impressed with the efficiency of the delivery. The ring was the perfect size, delivered on time and with a great deal of accurate correspondence from the the owner.<br> <br> I few months back at some stage I dropped the ring and one of the bands from the ring fell out. Unfortunately I didn't notice it immediately. Eventually after becoming quite annoyed with the band being gone I again contacted the owner of VA-Tungsten to ask what the costs would be if I shipped the ring to them to have the one band replaced.
