Takealot same day deliver is a ****
Yesterday I bought an item from Takealot (order #154023525) and on the actual item listing, in bold, it reads: Get this item tomorrow! So I opted for same day delivery only to be notified via SMS that the item would be delivered in two days. Still, I had to pay R75 delivery fee for same day delivery. The thing that really gets met, is this is the 3d time it has happened, where I thought that Takealot would honor their great selling proposition of delivering my item on the same day, only to be notified that it would take 2 days. Trying to call them is completely futile too, the phone just rings. It's for reasons like these that we need more Amazon-level competition in South Africa.

Great service from Wootware! Can highly recommend.
I recently ordered a new graphics accelerator from Wootware and received incredibly good service from Craig at Wootware. Throughout my dealings with Craig he gave me great advice and guidance to select the correct product. Before choosing the correct product I had to request a refund, which was immediate processed and paid back into my account. Not only was their pricing better than any other supplier, the whole experience was without hassle and I can definitely recommend getting your hardware from these guys!

Brilliant service from VA-Tungsten in Durban
Just over a year ago I bought a Tungsten wedding ring online from VA-Tungsten in Durban. I was impressed with the efficiency of the delivery. The ring was the perfect size, delivered on time and with a great deal of accurate correspondence from the the owner.<br> <br> I few months back at some stage I dropped the ring and one of the bands from the ring fell out. Unfortunately I didn't notice it immediately. Eventually after becoming quite annoyed with the band being gone I again contacted the owner of VA-Tungsten to ask what the costs would be if I shipped the ring to them to have the one band replaced. The owner contacted me back the same day and asked for my delivery address and ring size which I sent to him.<br> <br> He contacted me the next day and told me they are sending me a new ring, free of charge.<br> <br> Thank you VA-Tungsten for the brilliant service, I look forward to doing business with you in the future and I would like to encourage anyone else reading this post to contact them if you need beautiful high quality Tungsten rings.
