This is my response as owner to Juliana review. As noted to her in email exchange after visit, I welcomed the guests in person on arrival and indicated I stayed 2 doors away and that they should let me know if I can assist with anything during their stay. Unfortunately all I received from Juliana was a complaint email. I am of the view and indicated as such to Juliana that it is mutually beneficial that she does not refer me as I’m happy to assist guests during their stay but consider her complaint an unnecessary punishment rather than constructive criticism for something I could have done better seeing I was not afforded the chance to assist.
