Shut down the so called law clinic that assist people without proper, thorough research

VUT shouldn't probably think of shutting down their law clinic, not only do they trace or do proper research thoroughly but they assisted someone who obtained a title deed *****ulently so. My sister is getting evicted at home due to their negligence of assisting someone who did a *****ulent title deed. My so called brother served his own sister an eviction letter from a house he never bought. But can we say, just because he has the paper out of 7 children means he is the rightful owner of my parents house. It doesn't even deserve a 1
