Proffesional and friendly service. Went out of their way to assist me. Gave me good advice. Car feel fantastic after gearbox service. Audi Q3 2 TDI Quattro S Tronic. Gearbox was never so smooth. I will definetely return for my cars services in future. I am gratefull my son referred me to them.

I have had the worst experience with Vag spec Klerksdorp I booked my car for service on the 19th of August Which I called in on the 16th of August to make a booking. On that Friday when I called spoke to a lady by the name Tanya Asked her if they work with service plans which she said yes and we discussed the details on the phone and she said I must sent her details of my Service plan as I informed her I already spoke to them and all she have to do is get authorization for Monday which we agreed on, to my surprise Monday the Day of service she sends me a quote on WhatsApp, and I asked her if this just my invoice to show what has been done with the service and she tells me that’s the money I need to pay before the car can leave the workshop my question again was did you inform the service plan as discussed on Friday, and she said no I have to call it in but I must know the car cannot leave the workshop until it is paid even if I get the auth. I did get auth even though the service plan authorized for minor service and the car was due for major service. On that Monday because was already late she told me actually they have only assessed the car so I can take the car but have to pay R850.00 for assessment which I did pay okay after I picked up the car Monday afternoon when I use brakes my dashboard lights go on which is something my car never did before I informed Tanya about the issue because I had to bring my car back for service on that Wednesday 21st August, she said she will tell the tech to check it out I took my car in that Wednesday with the hopes that everything will be fine, long story short I left the workshop about 5 pm in the afternoon But when I got there after she said that the car is ready for pick up, I got there, and the service lights were not reset which I instantly picked it up and service book not stamped Car full of rats **** on the passenger side which I think came from the engine when they replaced the pollen filter dove the car nonetheless only to pick up that my dashboard lights still comes on when I brake I called Tanya again informed her of my encounter which I was not very happy with and she said she did inform the tech but she will follow up why it’s not done. I went back again to the workshop the next day which I met a very rude tech who made me feel like I do not know my car and told me them servicing the car what does it have to do with all those problems I pointed out and mind you there was air con re-gas done on the car and even when the air con is switched off is still blowing. I also later discovered my back seatbelt buckles have disappeared, and my bonnet is not opening. This was the first and last time I took my car to that workshop.

I went there with less hope that my car can be good as new. After I have received humungous quotation from Bosch Mafikeng, But VAG did a clean job with less quotation and job was done in less than in less than 5 hours. Car well serviced, gearbox is functioning very well this is the place i am recommending people to go to. Hope they keep it up because we going to come back and provide negative feedback again if they deviate

I went there with less hope that my car can be good as new. I took my car for diagnostic ,because engine had a knocking sound and my car was checked and I went back home to wait for quotation . After 3 days I got quotation and l decided to take my car on Thursday for them to start working on it. They promised me that they will take a day to fix my car, but they took more than 2 weeks .The reason I was given was that we are still waiting for car parts .after 7 days I decided to go and take my car because they said it was finished only to find out that my car is not starting and when my car went to their workshop it was driven there.i had to wait another 7 days .They told me a electrician was called to look for electrical problems that were hindering the car to start.Next thing mechanic called me for workshop asking for permission to open the top cylinder head cover and I gave permission because it was about 10 days without my car.Then later I was told the car is starting but I had to wait 2 days because they were testing it .Almost after 2 weeks my car was collected,I wasn't there I had to wait for a week to see my car. First problem was the start problem, I had to pump accelerator or step on it before starting, the second problem was oil leak from the oil plug which was not tighten and I had to buy another oil. The third problem one reverse light and one number plate light was not working and head lights were not illuminate bright at night but they made me install new light stark for head lights to bright.they also changed my timing kit but the car was making loud pop sound and losing power when u shift from 1st gear to second gear. When I complained about the problem they asked me to take the car back ,the car was taken back and nothing was done to the car ,I was given another list of things needed to fix the car .and one of the things was camshaft but last time when they opened my head cylinder to remove lifter ,they didn't say anything about camshaft being a problem.
