Unprofessional and just plain cruel and arrogant
We are very disappointed our Battery is still under warranty but they refuse to take responsibility to replace the battery, they ttry convincing us that it is our wiring on our car but we went and got proof at a auto elect and other battery shops and they all told us the same that the battery os faulty, this is the second time they did this and they said they will not let this come out of their budget. Im pregnant and have to push start my car everytime now, i cant afford a new battery our headgasket blew and had to push start my car which led my conrod to bend. This is unacceptable.

I bought validtrate car battery this battery lose power over night I have to exchange it twice withi n 12 months but lose power I regret the day I bought it but they told me that quarantee is two years but they ignore me
