Unprofessional and just plain cruel and arrogant
We are very disappointed our Battery is still under warranty but they refuse to take responsibility to replace the battery, they ttry convincing us that it is our wiring on our car but we went and got proof at a auto elect and other battery shops and they all told us the same that the battery os faulty, this is the second time they did this and they said they will not let this come out of their budget. Im pregnant and have to push start my car everytime now, i cant afford a new battery our headgasket blew and had to push start my car which led my conrod to bend. This is unacceptable.

So hurt and humiliated but ****ed off now
Im a regular client been here for years and did love this pharmacy and still do but unfortunately i went and visited the nurse Klarinka Rheeder about 2 months ago and what a mistake that was because after I left 5hours later my sister contacted me saying the nurse contacted her and told her that I might have taken her phone by mistake, so i went back showed her my phone including box with serial number on ext. She said it was fine so I left, but about a month later I took my husband to the nurse because he stepped into a rusted nail, we sat there 2hours and waited while she deliberately helping everyone that came in after us, so my husband stopped her and asked why, she responded that she is denying us her service because of the previous incident we should take it up with the pharmacist and so we did so, firstly he wasnt even aware of this situation and when he confronted her she flat on lied to his face and said FNB facial recognition detected my face and she laid charges againat me so i asked for a case number and which station the case was open so that i can go there., the pharmacist said he will sort this and come back to me. Im still waiting. Never in my life have i even been this much insulted. I will be laying charges against the nurse for name slandering and will be handing in a complaint at the SANC. That oath you took is more important than your incompetent self rightious ignorant lying ass Klarinka ill show you how to lay a real charge at a police station

Sick selfish place stay far away
I am livid with this place. And i will be prioceeding with loss of income againts this place. My husband struggled for years to get a job and a week ago he started at a new job and it was a good job and thats the day our engine seized so i phoned this place to query a secondhand engine so my husband went to then to purchase a engine, he told them a suzuki li alto but they gave him a Celerio and it was a beautifull engine with extras only have 20000km on the clock and was any sales mans or womens dreams to present this item to their client., but the fact of the matter it was the wrong engine. BSo the next day they returned the engine and asked a refund so Natasha pointed to the big sighn that they dont do refunds and gave us a rngine thats old ungly dirty and ****ing oil everywhere, she is well aware my husband job is on the line we Asked several times for oyr refund but shr just dont care she dont wants to loose her commission because thats mos the right thing forr her to do and that is to want to send tge emgine to their shop mechanics and that it may take 14days to fix so guess what my husband lost the job and I really hope you sleep beter at night. This place should be banned from ever running a business and natasha should never deserve a salari in her life because she the reason that we will be homeless soon with my mother which is disabled
