Rated 1 out of 5 stars VERY BAD SERVICE I purchased a Server Cabinet in October last year. CAB-27U Link Basic 27U 800 Deep Cabinet 4 Fans & 2 Shelves. The Fans Are Very Noisy, The Fans make a Scratching Noise as if the bearings are faulty or Fan blades may be Rubbing Against Something. I have made Numerous(15-20) Telephone Calls and sent Around 15-20 emails to Juan(Director) at Valotronics with NO RESPONSE except for one time when he sent an email saying the Fans are Noisy and not addressing the bearing /rubbing sounds which is very irritating as it is in my office. VALOTRONICS does not CARE ABOUT AFTERSALES SERVICE, AFTER BENIFITTING FROM SALE. I will be taking this up with Consumer Council SA and the Online Ombuds. After Months of trying to Get Hold of Jaun, I sent a email giving them 7 days to respond, and was totally ignored. PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF VALOTRONICS CUSTOMER AFTERCARE AND FULFILING WARRANTY CLAIMS COMMITTMENTS FROM THEM.

I didn't quite know what I wanted but I needed portable storage from which I could run application, thus the very highest specifications for my setup. After numerous to-and-fro emails, they advised me on exactly what suited my particular situation and suggested a few options. Once I placed the order, delivery followed shortly after. It was properly packed and in working order. The whole experience was excellent.

I am so disappointed in this business. Before making a purchase, I contacted them by phone to ask whether the specific product was in stock, as they had advertised it online as 4 items in stock. They confirmed that the items was available and I made an immediate payment. The item arrived, only to find it was a smaller model of the same item, and when I requested the error be corrected, I was informed they had not had stock of that model for a long time. So not only did they lie about the stock being available and send me a smaller model, but they also advertised that there were 4 items in stock. What the owner does not realize is that refunding the money doesnt make up for the loss in time, energy and now having to start searching from scratch. I's rather not do business with a company who cannot keep their word. Be warned!!!!

We were looking to buy an inverter and I contacted Valotronics and spoke to Rikus who assisted us with the purchase. I would definitely use them again. The customer service and after sales service was amazing and their prices are excellent

Ordered an Item, after ordering it the product image was changed on the site to a completely different item. Tried contacting support, mail bounced back with the an error because there was an error on the link. Contacted them via WhatsApp and got some snotty person telling me that the image is for "illustrative purposes only" OK fine, then when you realized the mistake why not contact customers that ordered that item explaining it....nope, they just kept quiet and waited for the client to see the error. When confronted I was told I will be refunded "because It's not worth fighting over R324" Like my money was nothing and I am being petty. Told them the support mail link is not working, was told they have no issues I must have made a mistake. After proving to them it was faulty they corrected the error. But it was easier to tell me I am an idiot that cant send a email rather that just investigating the issue. All and all a terrible experience. Now, to their credit they did offer to refund me and they did attempt to apologize for the error, but the whole experience was unpleasant and I was made out to be a bother to them with my puny little purchase. I work in I.T. I need components on the regular. I always try new vendors as a trail to see who I can rely on...Valotonics ensured they don't make the list with this interaction.
