Valpre water / sparkling water: very hard to open, caps are too tightly sealed
Not user friendly packaging, Very hard to almost impossible to open a bottle. The bottle caps are so tightly sealed, no matter how hard we try , we can't open it.. Your hands are literally bruised with all the Unsuccessful attempts to open it.
