Bad service

My car is now in for the 3rd time and the service is shocking! I took my car in 3 January to replace the clutch, it took them 2 days. The car shudders so bad when you pull away in 1st gear, it wants to stall. Took it back 9 January, they said they fixed it. Car has never shuddered before. Car still not fixed, spoke to manager Francois, who has not once bothered to call us, we have to call them, now car is there from Friday and they still can find problem, Monday we might here more ... we hope .... so unhappy and I have to rake time of work, drive 25km up and down ... frusted!!
