I reached out to He&She Driving School, explained my son's previous lessons, and mentioned his ADD and severe anxiety. Tanya was incredibly helpful, quickly finding us suitable dates, and we were assigned Leighton (J20). Leighton arrived on time and immediately put my son at ease. He was friendly, professional, and kept in regular contact with both of us. After just five refresher lessons, my son passed his driving test! Leighton even kept me updated during the test and called afterward to share the good news. I highly recommend He&She Driving School to anyone looking to get their driver's license. They are professional, surprisingly affordable, and I'm thrilled with the support we received.

Bad customer service
My husband and I have been married now for 22 beautiful years and that is how long (if not longer) we have been customers of Vodacom. Due to convenience, we just added my number to his contact, then my mom's, then my son's, as we all in the same house and it goes off as one account. Problem is my husband has given written authority that vodacom cN speak to me as he is not always available and I am now working full time from home. But each time same story about security. I know all the answers, but it must be a man's voice grrr. I am so fed up with vodacom and all their telly sales people and excuses. At the end of the day, we have 4x phones, pay our account, but really tired of bad service

Delicious pizza and fantastic service!
Ace of Base is a pizza base shop in Montague Gardens, wow the service and products are just amazing! I needed pizza bases and Loraine even delivered it to my house for free. Their frozen margarita pizza's are simply the BEST and within 6 minutes my hungry family have delicious pizza.

Disappointed in the SERVICE of Takealot
Takealot used to have the most amazing service and I loved shopping with them, but of late you can't get hold of someone to talk to and there is no email address for customer services. The customer service number just rings and you wait, wait, wait. I have had many pairs of blue tooth earbuds, I received a lovely voucher from my office for Christmas and decided to treat myself and purchased the A20i Soundcore earbuds in January this year. They look awesome, the sound is great and you can even adjust the sound with an app, to top it all the battery life lasts long. BUT .... my ears started itching, took me a while to figure out it was the earbuds. I got a pair of hypoallergenic earbuds covers, but still ears itched. I got cortisone cream and tried to avoid using it for some time, as it took more than a month for my ears to clear up. Yes I know, I should have returned them, but I was hoping and last night tried to use the earbuds to listen to some music just for about 30 minutes - nope my ears are so red, swollen, and itchy - its so sore! I decided enough is enough, I cant use them, so I logged a return and actually went to Takealot, at Richmond Park, to show them how badly infected my ears are, but they would not even listen, just told her to lodge a claim with customer services, who could not be reached. I was also told as there is nothing wrong with the earbuds and it had been more than Takealot's return policy, Takealot would not refund or replace the earbuds. The treatment I got, that they would not even listen or look at my ears, wow! What is the point of having his MASSIVE Takealot building, you return, you collect and leave - dont speak! Very disappointed in the service and this product.

Bad service
My car is now in for the 3rd time and the service is shocking! I took my car in 3 January to replace the clutch, it took them 2 days. The car shudders so bad when you pull away in 1st gear, it wants to stall. Took it back 9 January, they said they fixed it. Car has never shuddered before. Car still not fixed, spoke to manager Francois, who has not once bothered to call us, we have to call them, now car is there from Friday and they still can find problem, Monday we might here more ... we hope .... so unhappy and I have to rake time of work, drive 25km up and down ... frusted!!
