After value max promised the residents of Ext 35 riverside view; the go ahead and decide that on the land promise for school, clinic and recreation they will build joscho rentals.

(Valumax, the developer behind the Riverside View project in Fourways, Gauteng, did include schools as part of their promised amenities. According to their official site, Riverside View was designed to offer:
