Don't use Valverde for your function

DON'T USE THIS HOTEL. We booked and paid in Jan for accommodation for a wedding this weekend being held at Toadbury Hall. Today we get an email from Valverde to say we cannot accomodate you anymore, we've booked you into Shumba. 48 hours before the wedding. We asked 3 times what the reason was and still waiting for an answer. The last email from Valverde was "Kindly forward bank details to action refund."
