Outstanding refund from Valverde Country Hotel

Valverde Country Hotel owes us money, only R850 which we are struggling since January to be refunded. Impossible to communicate to their Accounts Department and Brenda the General Manager is not keeping her promise to refund us and it is impossible to get hold of her, she is always in meetings or not available.
