Poor Service

After years of supporting Van Acht Wooden Windows as a loyal client, Van Acht services this week has been bery disappointing. On Monday 31st of July I placed a order and my client paid the order in full. On Tuesday 1st August I spoke to them and they promised that my order will be ready for pickup on Thursday 3rd of August. Thursday I phoned them for collection, then the order wasn't ready. The salesman said it will be ready by Friday the 4th of August. On Friday morning, I phoned them again about the collection of my order, they then only told me that the guy that is cutting the windows is sick since Monday 31st of July. This whole week they have been lying to me and my client. I feel that their service is very unproffesional. Elim Renovations and Designs
