In Aug I was contacted that I am owing money, paid everything, was promised a paid up letter with in 2-4 weeks

In Aug I was contacted that I am owing money, paid everything, was promised a paid up letter with in 2-4 weeks. Still waiting, when I call them, email them or WhatsApp them I get a run around. No body ever calls back, 3 months later still waiting for a paid up letter
