I am not happy with your service

I got a call from these people around February saying I owe old mutual around 8000 for my loan and we made an agreement to deduct 1000 every month,so I thought I would finish paying this month end of October now they say I owe R2500 from my loan I don't understand how , they didn't even send me statements I had to call and ask for my statement
