A client paid funds into my account on Friday Night at about 22h00 (I was asleep) about 5 hours later the same client called her bank Nedbank and apparently accused myself as *****ulent Now where its save to say I can not understand what is *****gelent about being asleep I did absolutely nothing wrong SO standard bank just went an froze my account now where the problem becomes worse I was suppose to on Sunday 14 May 2023 fly to Europe for a business meeting which due to standard bank I could not do therefore I lost all the moneys I paid on the travel etc Then after my account was frozen another client paid in funds for me to have work done for him by one of my guys while I am away , now those funds are frozen as well and as the FSCA knows it is against the LAW for the bank to hold funds that has nothing to do at all with this malicious allegation by the previous client putting me in a situation whereby now this client wants to lay a ***** charge and surely every on must be able to see this as purely standard bank and there CEO sim Tshabalala’s fault as he is so arrogantly that he now instructed a law form to act on the banks behalf
Andrew assist Standard Bank with getting away and he likes it because a lawyer makes money threw litigation and courts so they never want to do the correct thing and settle the matter no they can make much more money fighting the case how *********
Now surely any person could see this client no 1 was ,malicious and now due to sim Tshabalala holding other clients money is being more malicious Minister Gondwana as the ANC want our votes would you not say it be a good idea just for once maybe just once a member of the ANC assists a citizen without delay immediately NOW
