I have been trying to make a payment agreement through them for my FNBJime loan for couple months.Their lawyer recommended I continue payment my acc while she negotiate the installment .installment she confirmed on 30-07-2025. She set very installment which is approved by bank as only option.i agreed and made payment as requested and requested a payment agreement or contract which she did not provide to make sure they don't proceed with legal while I'm paying without my knowledge. Not provided. She now wants completed restructuring forms send back by the 8th July or they continue legal process.says the installment was rejected due to my non- payment history.I finished paying all the bank inteonnghe home loan now they want me to get new acc with interest payment which is not in my interest to add to my debt.i will be making payment the same as I can continue finishing the account.it seems only interested in taking home? FNB & VH Law is this how you treat customers terrorizing them

A client paid funds into my account on Friday Night at about 22h00 (I was asleep) about 5 hours later the same client called her bank Nedbank and apparently accused myself as *****ulent Now where its save to say I can not understand what is *****gelent about being asleep I did absolutely nothing wrong SO standard bank just went an froze my account now where the problem becomes worse I was suppose to on Sunday 14 May 2023 fly to Europe for a business meeting which due to standard bank I could not do therefore I lost all the moneys I paid on the travel etc Then after my account was frozen another client paid in funds for me to have work done for him by one of my guys while I am away , now those funds are frozen as well and as the FSCA knows it is against the LAW for the bank to hold funds that has nothing to do at all with this malicious allegation by the previous client putting me in a situation whereby now this client wants to lay a ***** charge and surely every on must be able to see this as purely standard bank and there CEO sim Tshabalala’s fault as he is so arrogantly that he now instructed a law form to act on the banks behalf Andrew assist Standard Bank with getting away and he likes it because a lawyer makes money threw litigation and courts so they never want to do the correct thing and settle the matter no they can make much more money fighting the case how ********* Now surely any person could see this client no 1 was ,malicious and now due to sim Tshabalala holding other clients money is being more malicious Minister Gondwana as the ANC want our votes would you not say it be a good idea just for once maybe just once a member of the ANC assists a citizen without delay immediately NOW

I have never experienced service and efficiency like Van Hulsteyns. I personally recommend them especially Ivan who assisted me. To all Real Estate Agencies anyone selling or buying, go ahead and get them. He made my process and experience simple, easy and efficient. Thank you for the great service, transparency, integrity sms being cost efficient.

VH Law, debited my account for +- R 6k, stating that they had authority to do so, and not providing me with proof. Their call centre placed me on hold and gave me the run around.I was referred to Lindi Mahlatsi, who was extremely rude and stated they allowed to debit my account whenever and for however much they want. I requested proof of instruction and no information was given. This is fraud and poor customer service, when I was a good payer and paying all along. No feedback provided or even an undertaking. Worst manager - Lindi Mahlatsi and customer service ever.

<p>On 07/03/2017 at 10.25am I received a call from Van hulsteyns attorneys JHB. The lady did not mention her name but was very rude and aggressive over the phone. She refused to listen and understand. When I asked her name she refused to give it to me. I have a recorded conversation of this call. She then cut the call. I called back and spoke to Prudence. Requested to speak to a manager was unavailable said supervisor Lindie was in. I left a message for Lindie Lekwaa to return my call to discuss this issue but since has not.</p> <p>The attitude of staff members at Van hulsteyns is pathetic. We are not criminals nor are we in a courtroom for them to intimidate and speak as they please. There is a professional way to handle debts and customers and they have failed terribly to act in a diplomatic and professional way. In addition for months I have requested detailed statement of the so called account and to date have not recieved this yet they call to harrass you. I have a recorded conversation requesting the same. Poorly handled offices.</p>

Firstly i took my doctor to Mulburton Clinic on the 31/12/14. And i got the good service that i always get from them. And luckily my daughter was discharged the very same day. <br> On the 25/02/2015 the hospital told me that there was an outstanding amount of R566.61. I asked the lady from the hospital to send me the statement and she did. <br> On Monday i got a call from from van Hulsteyns Attorneys saying that i need to pay R1092.59. I asked the lady before i pay can they please send me an emal of the statement so that i know what i owe. <br> Still today i havent received the email and i thought let me phone and find out why they hanvent send me the email and the lady by the name of Fatheka (RUDE AND ARROGANT AS IF SHE HAS SHARE WITH THE COMPANY) says that that the email was send to me and i asked her on which email address instead of the name of he email was incorrect (instead of Priscilla it was Prisilla).<br> I told her i wont be paying that money before i get the proper email with proper statement and that's corresponde to the hospital one. <br> The next thing she send me an sms that my account not is R1108.30
