Vh law & fnb terror of taking homes not interest in payment agreement it seems. I have been trying to make a payment agreement through them for my FNBJime loan for couple months.Their lawyer recommended I continue payment my acc while she negotiate the installment .installment she confirmed on 30-07-2025. She set very installment which is approved by bank as only option.i agreed and made payment as requested and requested a payment agreement or contract which she did not provide to make sure they don't proceed with legal while I'm paying without my knowledge. Not provided. She now wants completed restructuring forms send back by the 8th July or they continue legal process.says the installment was rejected due to my non- payment history.I finished paying all the bank inteonnghe home loan now they want me to get new acc with interest payment which is not in my interest to add to my debt.i will be making payment the same as I can continue finishing the account.it seems only interested in taking home? FNB & VH Law is this how you treat customers terrorizing them

I lost my job end of December 2021.unfortunately i haven't been able to get a new job.I'm currently needing urgent cash.I callled old mutual to get access to my funds and was told there is nothing they can do as it is R30k and can only access it after I'm 55yrs? And that if it was under R17k I would be able to access it. I'm 50yrs & one of the reans i can't get another job.i even asked if i can borrow against it and the consultant just told me no.What use it after 55yrs when i need it now and might end up being homeless? I'm at the end of my rope and don't know what to do
On 17-08-2022 absa took R8345.54 as a jornal RCCS BOS J 3050285845 with ref:HP7386160 without advising or any athorization from me.this is not the 1st time done.it was also done earlier this year.I'm unemployed for past 8months.the reference number refers to a loan acc with them which is with attorneys. I have arrangement with attorneys and made payment when I received money.I asked for aptions from attorneys as well to check.The options of settlement discount & monthly payments are different amounts to what was journaled so don't even know how they even calculated money taken out of account.I sent an email on the 18-08-2022 to disputes &actionline at absa as per branch instruction & haven't heard anything from them.I want this money reversed immediatly back into my account so I can pay orher people & electricity & food to live as well.will absa reimburse me for unpaid debit going to go off tomorrow & not charge me the R150 multiple charges?please advise urgently. I also have multiple escalating charges every month for" digital trans,debit interest, int on amnt,admin charge & transaction char" ?why do I have all these charges when I pay monthly acc fee of R109 & other transaction ahow going off directly on those transactions like unpaid transactions please advise urgently?I need all this money as I'm not working & was a bread winner.
I opened a new builders account and had not used it yet.I transfered R5000 on 20-04-2022 after confirming instores that i can either put money in the card/account in stores or tranfer into to use.I tried to use it instores & was told money isn't showing.contacted builders through email & aAdeila Mohamed in customer service responded on 26th May 2022 after a week requesting EFT/payment proof which I sent through same day.I haven't heard anything from her since.I had to follow up with emails and calls since las month and spoke with a lady who told me apparently my money went into the RCS account?I called RCS and they told me my ID/acc is not showing??please can urgently advise as i require this cash so i can use it urg.If its showing under RCS let me know the correct & if not show in builders acc let me know.or please transfer the money back into my accoun***** been three month and counting & this is urgent & the amount to airtime I'm spending also.builders ref is #1002111474
I have a bond which was a one account with FNB for more than 10years & has now been changed to a normal home loan(bond)as their 1account is no longer viable &cancelled.I lost my job end December 2021.I tried getting a quote on settlement total &if i might get a discount because I lost my job and I'm not working currently multiple times.no settlement or normal total was communicated.was told my account was in arrears for R30k & to pay.told no discount will be given.not sure on what,the bond settlement or the arrears they say i owe?and how can i be in arrears when i was making payment?I had to pay the R30k I don't have a few days ago so i don't lose my home.what happens now as i might not be able to pay the next few months?I woukd have been using this to pay monthly.please can someone contact me to clarify and resolve.please can you assist me FNB?hoping for a positive response
I paid them R6000 ( R1500+R4600) in 2019 before Covid19 lockdown amd still haven't tecwived my license.they fist saod it was the lockdowns,O had to get my date online myself, when i got dates never showed up & had to contact them.told me had engine problems & don't show up to appointments.when asked for refund,they tell you they don't give refund.They are very positive before you pay them money and then they start making excuses and refuse to refund.DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!
A portion of my boundary wall carved and cracked when it was raining heavily after raining for a couple days beforehand.I put in a claim for this & discoveryinsure says they rejecting my claim as apparently wear and tear?most likely assessor included other portions??I've had to call a couple of times to get this and requested the findings and not received it to be able to dispute this.this is all covered in my policy.in the meantime I'm very compromised on home security & worried if anything happems with this then will again blame the compromised wall not to approve.very unhappy
