On the 23 May 2017, I decided to put petrol at BP Ladysmith Inn at Main Reef Road in Langlaagte. I had still had 200km petrol in my car that will last me for two days. I decided let me put R150 to last me for the week.

I stopped at BP Ladysmith Inn at Main Reef Road and asked the petrol attended by the name of MABUTHU to put R150 Ppetrol. When he was busy putting petrol i was busy scratching in my car thinking that i will get R150 so that i dont pay with a card. But I end up paying with a card. When i switch my car the tank was still on 200km and I asked the petrol attended that that my tank has not moved if he put petrol and he told me he has put in petrol. I thought let me drive around and maybe I have a problem with the tank. I drove and still there was no sign that i had a problem with the tank. I quickly returned back to the station and asked for my the slip and for managers name and number. I was given a slip that (TAX INVOICE 761240) (TIME: 07:23:52) (ATTNDENT: MABUTHU).

The cashier by the name of SAM gave me the manager number and name (GIERIE FOURIE), whom i phoned and he asked me to send him the proof of slip and also registration of my car, which i gladly did. and MR FOURIE promised that he will be at the petrol station at about 15:00 and I should come for us to watch the CCTV together to see if petrol was poured in my car.

At about 14:50, I called MR FOURIE to say i am leaving the office and i will be at the petrol station at about 20minutes. In 20 Minutes when I arrived at the petrol station the cashier SAM told me that MR FOURIE has left and he has given him a slip that he has investigated and it shows that R150 was poured in my car, but to my surprise the slip they gave me was not the same as the slip i received in the morning (TAX INVOICE 761205) (TIME: 06:21:05) (ATTENDANT: SANDILE).

I phone Mr Fourie to quiry and to find out why did he not wait for me and have decency of explaining the situation to me. He then told me as a customer I am not allowed to watch the CCTV and I should go and lay a case at the nearest police station and also I should phone the Helpdesk and they will investigate.

I will like to be reimbursed MY PETROL (R150 = 1088L) or my MONEY BAC****

THE MANAGER WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL ON SOLVING THE MATTER INTERNALLY AND APOLOGISE ON BEHALF OF THE THIEF THAT THEY HAVE AT BP LADYSMITH TRUCK IN.
