Disgusting

Some malls close early but there food courts and ATM facilities remain open. However Vangate mall closes at 7pm the food court is open not sure until what time but the ATM cannot be accessed. And it's not the safest place to use an outside ATM. Also Vangate mall is the only mall with Capitec ATM and Banks in the area. How inconvenient is it for someone who finishes work late and can only run to the Capitec ATM just after 7pm.

Something needs to change. The securities are just doing there jobs by following mall management order's, but that does give them the right to speak to shopper with attitude and disrespect.

I'm extremely disappointed in this arrangement. It's reckless and unsafe especially this time of year when people are getting robbed. And this isn't the first time I get chased away from an entrance when I needed to use an ATM inside to make a deposit.
