I am writing to express concern about the non-functional lifts at the hospital. Despite the excellent service from doctors and nurses, the lift issue significantly impacts accessibility and care. With lifts out of order for months, patients with mobility issues face challenges: 1. Accessibility barriers for wheelchair-bound or bedridden children 2. Difficulty transporting patients to radiology, theatre, ICU, or other departments 3. Increased strain on staff and patients' families I urge the hospital to prioritize lift repairs to ensure equitable access to care.
KFC Belgravia, Athlone has the worst service always. They slow, or they out of stock of something. They will give 2 packets of spice for a family meal. Or they miss pack part of a family meal. This evening we ordered sprinkle pops waited in the line almost 30 mins for them to come tell us they out of stock. Make this make sense!!!!
CCD couriers is the worst I never want to deal with them again my husband ended up cancelling the delivery after it was almost 3 weeks late.
Ever since I've been with Telkom for fibre 25-25 it's been a problem. It starts with empty promises and poor service delivery. I have made endless complaints telephonically, I've emailed and gone in-store. Not one consultant was able to assist me. When calling they would rather bounce me from one department to the next or put me on hold until my airtime runs out. I have never had my full 25-25 . I complained but nothing was done. I complained that while on contract they increased my installments multiple times and nothing was done . Not one person could give me a valid reason for why this increase happened during my contact period and beyond.i cancelled my contract but they increased yet again and kept billing me for a service that buffers. Now they have handed me over to Nudebt because they demanding I pay for the ******* service they have been providing. No manager or supervisor to speak to EVER !!!! I wouldn't recommend Telkom to my enemy....
New McDonald's Klipfontein road Athlone very disappointed in the level of service. Half filled chips of all 3 meals and half filled milkshakes of all 3 meals
I'm extremely disappointed in the last few months. The Telkom customer service has been poor. My Fibre package was upgraded without my concent in November 2021 and I've been trying to have it reversed with no success. I've been in Telkom stores to log complaints all they say is they can only "click to call" I have to wait on a call center agent to call me back. But no one does or if they do the call gets disconnected while we speak for some weird reason. My husband went store yesterday again to Vangate branch for the I'm not sure how much time they once again sent him to another branch. The N1 City branch did nothing they just "click to call". That **** hasn't worked. My bill still isn't sorted and I have a cable that keeps snapping that we also complained about in store and I called customer service myself. I'm still waiting on someone to come out to fix it. I paid the extra money but they can't come fix my Fibre it's almost 2 days. I may my bill but they can't reverse the **** mistakes made my there staff. I'm considering canceling!!!
Some malls close early but there food courts and ATM facilities remain open. However Vangate mall closes at 7pm the food court is open not sure until what time but the ATM cannot be accessed. And it's not the safest place to use an outside ATM. Also Vangate mall is the only mall with Capitec ATM and Banks in the area. How inconvenient is it for someone who finishes work late and can only run to the Capitec ATM just after 7pm. Something needs to change. The securities are just doing there jobs by following mall management order's, but that does give them the right to speak to shopper with attitude and disrespect. I'm extremely disappointed in this arrangement. It's reckless and unsafe especially this time of year when people are getting robbed. And this isn't the first time I get chased away from an entrance when I needed to use an ATM inside to make a deposit. Completely disgusted
As a mother of a grade 7 learner I was excited about getting my son ready for High school. He was so excited. And with the new system in place it was suppose to be easy to apply to schools. Only it wasn't. It was a headache since the day online application opened. The system crashed a few times. It took me forever to get it completed. We applied to 10 school's. Every single 1 came back over subscribed. How was every school full?Apparently due to Covid-19 the acceptance numbers got cut. I then wrote letters of appeal. I've also been trying to contact the education department and meto office for assistance but my calls never get answered. So end of October my husband got a call from a lady who said she was from the Education department and she had an opening at Garlendale High school we just needed to call and do the necessary. Which I did that very same day. I completed the application and sent report and certified documents within record time. And I've been calling about twice a week since then for feedback but they have given me nothing. I just called the school and a lady told me to call back the end of January 2022. What a laod of ****. So they want him to start a new year falling behind. This is nonsense. My son still doesn't have a high school. I like to get school clothes sorted before the new year and I can't because he still doesn't have a High school. And the education department is impossible to get hold of. Emails bounce or if goes threw it doesn't get responded to, minimal contact numbers are available and the 1 or 2 that is available doesn't work or just rings. So what am I suppose to do. I've been doing everything right from day 1. And I've been running around ever since. I'm stressed, annoyed, angry and tired. Schools Close Today And I'm Still Running!!!!!
Sunday past I bought the pick n pay 'swirlz' ice-cream. I just wanted a ice-cream on hand just in case. So it's been in my freezer. This afternoon Tuesday my little asked if he could have some ice-cream I smiled and said yes of course knowing I had stocked up. But when I opened it I was shocked to see the condition of the ice - cream. It seemed to have shrunken, and the texture seemed weird it was sticky almost dough like. How can I feed my family this junk. I called the stored but they first want to see my slip. Im not even sure if I can find my slip. I've never bought a bad ice-cream before.
Bad service. Before ordering meals for my kids I asked if the kids meal had toys I was told yes. Before I paid I double checked but when I collected my food the guy said they never had toys. I could have gone somewhere else instead of having to deal with disappointed kids....
