Poor service Vanhunks

Contacted Vanhunks to confirm if they have stock on a kayak seat as they showed none on site. They advised that they do have and I made payment. Chair was sent and it did not fit and *****s where at incorrect place scratched my kayak. Sent mail with evidence as requested then was advised they do not have the exact seat I should drill holes at other angle and put *****s in there. Told them that is not acceptable as it does not fit correctly either. Was told they would send other chair it is no 3 months later and have received nothing!!!!
