Very bad experience. Poor Communication - They don't communicate well with regards to your cars progress. Their first line of communication is people that are clueless about what is happening with your car and when you have technical questions they can't answer and what is more surprising is that I tried to speak to the manager after I heard progress about my car that I am not happy about, I had to walk in the place to speak to the manager, I couldn't get the manager over the phone for two weeks till I went there myself. My car went there with a full tank and I have proved it to them and nothing was done about that I fetched my car there and the petrol was empty, My petrol has been tempered with. Kept my car for 2 months for a very minor issue. I am angry that Budget took my car to them. Also I don't know why they put someone there as first line communication to speak with the customers knowing very well that guy doesn't have the heart for it , You can't find me because I am asking question about my car and you automatically think I am fighting you. Very poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
