DO NOT BUY AT VANS ONLINE SOUTH AFRICA I placed an order on the 27th of November 2025,the delivery service was horrible as it took time. I had to constantly call and follow up on my order,just when I received my order on the 8th of December. They delivered an incorrect size,when I lodged a complaint about that they were not empathetic and told me they'll refund me. I then asked them why resort to refund instead of trying to get the correct size, it's now almost month with the back and forth with them. They had the parcel collected for refund process and it has been inspected since forever ,it's now the 25th of December 2025 and I haven't received my money back. They have the parcel with them and I have been calling in and sending emails they are not of any help. Their online services is the worst, I have dealt with Tasneem and Mabasa in this query but it hasn't been resolved. All I want is my money and not further interactions with them,they keep saying they are awaiting confirmation for the refund,they are ****** because they have the item at the warehouse,all they need to do is process the refund. I warn you that Do not order anything from Vans South Africa, very ***********,and horrible service. I want my money back, i am tired of their explanations with no tangible resolution.
