Couldn’t swap nasty unused vape juice

I went to the Elardus Park Vape king to buy juice. I tried a new brand and was able to test them first. I liked two and chose them based on the testers that I tried. I got home and opened one and immediately it smelled completely different from the tester and I put a little on my finger to try- think burnt crumbs of caramel sitting in a fire pit of ash with a touch of more ash- absolutely terrible. I went back to the store with my unused nasty bottle of “creamy caramel” to try and swap it as maybe it was a dud. First of all the lady helping at the front was great and also noticed the stark difference between the tester and what I had. She checked another bottle of the same brand and same thing- ash pit. The manager was called, and said I couldn’t swap the bottle just because I “didn’t like the flavour”. Sir, this tastes like someone put out a cigarette and waved some caramel near it. It’s not that I don’t like the flavour so much as it’s not what I was sold based on the testers. 0/10
