They said it is the best product for you home so that is why I bought it but I didn't received any thing from them

Good morning On the 28th of October I placed a Order for a Steampro Cleaner and I paid everything. I'm still waiting for the delivery but still nothing. I did send messages to them but still nothing from them I also send mails but still no reply from them. I do think it is a **** . So I demand and whant my Steampro Cleaner because I already paid for everything.
