Paid for a Subject That Doesn’t Exist on ARC

I’ve already paid my deposit, yet my Project Management class doesn’t even show on ARC—the platform we’re required to use for our studies. I logged a ticket, but no one has responded. How is it acceptable to pay for a subject and not have access to it? This is not just frustrating, it’s unacceptable. I will not pay for this subject again.
