I app**** for a new MTN Contract and was contacted by a sales person at Vasco Connect. I have requested for the device to be manually delivered as DSV couriers have a problem with their biometrics machine. According to DSV they are waiting for a approval from Vasco since the 11th and you can`t get through to them and MTN are unable to assist. Most pathetic service I have received so far.
