Vasco connect customer service

am absolutely disgusted with the service from VASCO Connect. I have been calling for over an hour each day for two consecutive days with no response. Emails are ignored, and the WhatsApp chat is also not responding at all.

I have been trying to cancel my online contract so that I can apply for another device, but there has been no feedback, no assistance, and no update on my request. This level of service is unacceptable.

Kindly attend to my cancellation request immediately and confirm once it has been processed.
