*********** company contracted to SARS

VAT Refund agency is full of *********** people who do not know there Job, My company bought goods from Nashua and the company was charged VAT, when I claim VAT after exporting goods, they are giving me a run around as if it is their money. This company must be changed because I have never experienced such inconvenience from the previous VAT refund agency.

I would like to be assisted on how to get my VAT back as this company has no knowledge of VAT
