Poor Customer support

Terrible support, I have an issue linking an account and when I sent an email to support they were unhelpful in their response. I have sent 6 follow up emails with 0 response. My issue is still not resolved and I have been trying for 3 weeks.

The linking of accounts is a constant issue and tedious process
