Very poor service

Dear VD5 properties ,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service provided by VD5 properties On 17/05/2025,we traveled from Magaliesburg to meet with Ritana Visagie at 9:00am to view a property in Pretoria East.However, the agent was significantly late and showed no regard for our time or effort.

What's more concerning is the agent's lack of apology or concern for our inconvenience. This lack of professionalism and respect for clients' time is unacceptable.

I hope you will address this issue and take necessary steps to ensure that your agents provide a better level of service.
