TAKING MONEY WHEN I CANCELLED

Good day

I am in a panic right now. I was informed yesterday 23 January 2025 that my employment has come to as end, i Immediately informed LoanFix about it to cancel my subscription with them as i will not be able to afford this until i have other employment i will then join again, today the little money that was paid to me they deduct R2980 after i asked to cancel.

That is my kids money for the month, THEY SUPPOSE TO HELP!!!!! They causing so much stress and panic right now, I asked for my money to be reverse, they say they cant cause they want proof that i no longer work, WHICH I DONT HAVE CAUSE MY EMPLOYER DIDNT GIVE ME.

When i asked so what happend to the money that was deducted today, THEY CANNOT ANSWER ME, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF *****S!

WHAT DO I DO NOW??????????PLEASE ASSIST AND HELP ME IN THIS REGARDS.
