TAKING MONEY WHEN I CANCELLED
Good day I am in a panic right now. I was informed yesterday 23 January 2025 that my employment has come to as end, i Immediately informed LoanFix about it to cancel my subscription with them as i will not be able to afford this until i have other employment i will then join again, today the little money that was paid to me they deduct R2980 after i asked to cancel. That is my kids money for the month, THEY SUPPOSE TO HELP!!!!! They causing so much stress and panic right now, I asked for my money to be reverse, they say they cant cause they want proof that i no longer work, WHICH I DONT HAVE CAUSE MY EMPLOYER DIDNT GIVE ME. When i asked so what happend to the money that was deducted today, THEY CANNOT ANSWER ME, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF *****S! WHAT DO I DO NOW??????????PLEASE ASSIST AND HELP ME IN THIS REGARDS.

INSECTS IN MY MACARONI
On Thursday, 15 February 2024 i bought Fattis and Monis Macaroni cause my kids wanted Mac and Cheese from a nearby Shoprite. To my surprise when i opened the pack to pour in the boiling water to cook when i saw the pit filled with insects (looks like lice) i was shocked to my core and disgusted!!!!! Is this what they think of us as consumers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what if i didnt see an dmy kids ate this!!!!!!!!you playing with fire here you can kill people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No refund received after i was told i would get
Hi Cosmetic Connection had a sale on certain items i really wanted, So on Friday 16 February 2024 i went on the website and ordered and paid for the items (which showed available on the website). Saturday i get a call from a Nadia Fourie to say the items are not available and if i want something else i said no cause i wanted this certain products, Bear in mind im a valued Cosmetoc Connections customer i spend close to R700/R800 a month on my hair products in store at their Strand Branch Cape Town. Its Tuesday, 20 February 2024 and nobody called after i sent a whats app message this morning, no refund after i asked for it and its not a lottle money, its alot. I did not expect this!

DSTV Charging for Netflix too
Good day, I have a DSTV Explora Ultra and i have my own personal nextflix account, I have been charged by DSTV an additional R199 for netflix. I called a month ago to have that remove to date its still there i refuse to pay my account to reconnect until that Netflix payment is taken off. I have to pay so much money right now. I call the call centre almost everyday and everytime someone gives me a different story. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MY REFUND
Hi, I'm due for my tax return since (08/07/2023), it is now 11/08/2023 and i still didn't get my refund, incase SARS doesn't know I NEED THIS MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!I was told i was send for audit/verification it is now 21 days already but i still did not receive any correspondence from SARS.

BAD BAD SERVICE
WOOLWORTHS suupose to be " The Diference" but they are no better then anyone of the other retailers. Atleast the other retailers gets back to you...WOOLWORTHS....NO THEY IGNORE YOU! I HAD HIGH REGARD OF WOOLWORTHS, I DO MY MONTHLY SHOPPING AT WOOLWORTHS I DONT MID SPENDING ALL THAT MONEY FOR GOOD QUALITY BUT THE 1 TIME I COMPLAIN ABOIUT ROTTEN FOOD I GOT, AND NO ITS NOT BECAUSE OF LOADSHEDDING CAUSE I MAKE SURE MY FOOD DOESNT GO OFF THE REST OF MY FOOD DIDNT JUST THE CHICKEN I BOUGHT WHICH TELLS ME IF WAS OLD ALREADY WHEN I BOUGHT IT I JUST DIDNT CHECK WHEN I COOKED IT IT SMELLED HORRIBLE. I LODGED A COMPLAINT PREVIOUSLY (LAST WEEK) ABOUT THIS AND WOOLWORTHS DECIDED THEY WONT ANSWER! WOOLWORTHS " NO ARE NO DIFFERENT"

Rotten chicken
Hi On Friday 27 January 2023 I went to Woolworth Promenade mall in MutchellsnPlain Cape Town and bought a few items at Woolworths. 1 of the things I bought was the 24 piece chicken pack of R191.00. When I got home I put the chicken in the freezer immediately. I took it out now Thursday 2 February 2023 to make some food to my surprise the chicken is rotten...it smells its off!!! This is woolies I'm talking about not any other shop Woolies man for food to go off so quickly. Can someone please explain I mean I paid almost R200 for rotten chicken, which is unacceptable. It's either I want a refund or other chicken. Take your pick!

Bad service
Hi I was at KFC Rocklands Mitchell's Plain Cape Town on Saturday 26 November 2022. I bought a 2 can Dine meal and at the till I was told there Is a waiting time for chicken which I was okay with. I ended waiting more than an hour. Just now the same thing happened at the same KFC when I ordered I was told there is a 7 minutes waiting time which I was also okay with I ended up waiting 40 minutes with no one communicating. I feel it's not right dont give us wrong information I'm a loyal customer at this specific KFC dont do this it's not cool.
