VERY sad bride

My wedding was 23/09/2023 Velani was paid a deposit of R2500 on 31/07/23 and the balance of R 2260 was paid on 20/09/23. She charged me R3600 for 2hours of photos, R 500 to do my make-up and R 660 to travel to Heidelberg Gauteng.

The day went very well and we got along like a house on fire! Never once did she tell me how long I would have to wait for my photographs.

I have messaged, phoned, emailed, complained, asked, begged,,,,, She simply doesn't reply to any messages, she NEVER answers, its as if she has disappeared!!!

I received an email from her with 107 photographs, and then no communication further
