VERY sad bride
My wedding was 23/09/2023 Velani was paid a deposit of R2500 on 31/07/23 and the balance of R 2260 was paid on 20/09/23. She charged me R3600 for 2hours of photos, R 500 to do my make-up and R 660 to travel to Heidelberg Gauteng. The day went very well and we got along like a house on fire! Never once did she tell me how long I would have to wait for my photographs. I have messaged, phoned, emailed, complained, asked, begged,,,,, She simply doesn't reply to any messages, she NEVER answers, its as if she has disappeared!!! I received an email from her with 107 photographs, and then no communication further

Velani Venter dissapointment
Velani Venter takes the most beautiful pictures, but she is only interested in helping people when she gets freebies for herself. She only replies to ones messages if you promise her freebies....or get nasty. If you are lucky she will reply to your inpatient messages (days after it was sent) then she will only state how busy her life is....ok granted, but everyone has a busy life, but still she has all the time in the world to post about her own life daily..... still awaiting promised pictures from Velani Venter Photography and V & Me for potrait that was promised by Velani Venter.

Poor Service delivery from Velani Venter Photography
The service deliver is beyond poor. I was told my pictures from a photoshoot would take 2 weeks. It is 11 weeks in counting and I still do not have my pictures. The photographer, Velani is unprofessional and has made no means to apologize or keep me updated as to why my pictures have taken so long. I had to message and call her before I got my digital images (6 weeks), her excuse was she had gone away on holiday. She "sent my pictures for printing" on 11 January, it is now 15 February, no feedback.The shoot took place on 29 November 2020

Poor Service delivery from Velani Venter Photography

waarskuwing oor Velani fotografie
Ons het laasjaar voor November 2014 al ons gelde vir ons Fotograaf betaal om ons troudag vir ons spesiaal te maak. Velani het laat vir ons troue opgedaag en my of my man nie voor die troue afgneem nie. Na 2 maande het ek fotos ontvang wat gladnie my alleen of my man saam ons familie en vriende staan nie al fotos wat ons ontvang het was waar ek en my man saam is na als. Sy het belowe sy sal die fotos gee en ons gelde terug betaal maar ons het nog niks ontvang. Sy antwoord gladnie meer haar foon as ons skakel nie en sy reply nie op ons boodskappe. Ek wil graag net ander waarsku dat hul nie hulle belangrikste dag se fotos verloor soos wat ek het nie. Velani kon nie eers net met my eerlik wees nie en daarom voel ek, dat dit nie regverdig is om stil te bly nie. Ander mense voel dalk net soos ek maar wil graag haar nie sleg maak nie. Ek gun haar om fotos te neem en geld te maak. Ek voel net dat sy eerlike en regverdige besigheid moet doen met elke klient
