Jayshree's online is the epitome of Superior customer service. I ordered Jewellery for my wedding online, and it arrived within 2 days (they are based in Durban and I am in JHB) . Not only did it arrive quickly but they also gave me a handwritten card to thank me for ordering from them, all the items were individually wrapped and packed in reusable containers in a reusable bag. Honestly, this type of care and attention to detail made me feel like they prepared my package with so much love and care, especially because the items are bridal Jewellery. I will always recommend them and happily use them in future for all my eastern Jewellery wear needs. They added to the joy and excitement of my upcoming wedding!
We had a leak outside that caused our Booster pump to remain on, instead of cutting off. They were very friendly however, they gave a first estimate before the work began, and then sent another estimate/quote. The asked for R4600 Just to do a leak detection test and then charged R3800 to repair one leak. A total of R8400. Exorbitant prices. Almost R10000 to fix one leak that caused no other damage. R4600 just for a leak detection is a rip -off and day light Robery. Especially given the cost of day to day living. I will never recommend DMS plumbing services because of how unreasonable they are with their pricing. The spares they used alone, did not equate to the money they charged.
I purchased a 3 piece lounge suite on 20th January 2025. The store had no stock at the time and said they would have to order directly from the manufacturer. They had stated that if we want the supplier to take us seriously, we should pay the full R23000 for the lounge suite and it should be delivered by the 20th February 2025. I obliged. I called on the 21st to find out what the progress was, just to be told that the manufacturer is not done making the lounge suite. On top of this, I was told that other customers had purchased similar products on Black Friday of 2024 and are still waiting for their deliveries. I complained and said I want a refund, how can they make customers pay for products that don't exist. I was told that they would speak to the manufacturers and that I would get feedback the next Monday. The next Monday I called, they said they had still not received feedback from the manufacturers. I was promised I would receive a call with feedback later that day. I did receive a call back to be told that there is a delay with the manufacturers and they are not sure about a delivery date. I then said that this is ridiculous and unacceptable, to which they responded, it could possible be delivered by the 7th of March. Now that I want a refund for a product that they dont have, they are saying I need to wait 21 days for the refund. I paid for the product in cash, up front, and now I need to wait 21 days for my money back for a product I never received. The most appauling service !
The service deliver is beyond poor. I was told my pictures from a photoshoot would take 2 weeks. It is 11 weeks in counting and I still do not have my pictures. The photographer, Velani is unprofessional and has made no means to apologize or keep me updated as to why my pictures have taken so long. I had to message and call her before I got my digital images (6 weeks), her excuse was she had gone away on holiday. She "sent my pictures for printing" on 11 January, it is now 15 February, no feedback.The shoot took place on 29 November 2020
