Velani Venter takes the most beautiful pictures, but she is only interested in helping people when she gets freebies for herself. She only replies to ones messages if you promise her freebies....or get nasty. If you are lucky she will reply to your inpatient messages (days after it was sent) then she will only state how busy her life is....ok granted, but everyone has a busy life, but still she has all the time in the world to post about her own life daily..... still awaiting promised pictures from Velani Venter Photography and V & Me for potrait that was promised by Velani Venter.
Friendly service. User friendly and trustworthy. I highlu recommend them.
So I had a few bumps with my orders, but having my own business, I understand that we all make mistakes. I would like to thank Rozanne for going out of her way to assist me. And give a thumbs up to the quality of all the shoes that I have received from them.
Bly weg van hierdie mense. Die swakste diens wat ek in my lewe al ontvang het. Hulle nader mense om agente vir hulle te word, hulle produkte te "promote" en te verkoop, maar keer op keer kry hulle dit nie reg om vir n mense die regte skoene te stuur nie. Ek het 11 pare skoene by hulle bestel 11 uit die 11 is verkeerd. Vir van hierdie skoene moes ek meer as 2 maande wag en dan kom dit verkeerd hier aan. Ek moes al my kliente "refund"en nou sit ek met die skoene. Dit is absoluut belaglik om so lank vir iets te wag en dan stuur hulle verkeerde goed. Hulle is baie onbehulpsaam en neem geen rekenskap vir hulle foute nie, vra nie om verskoming nie, volg nie op nie en jy moet soms meer as n dag wag om net n "response" van hulle te kry. Hulle kan duidelik nie hulle bestellings hanteer nie en is nie geskik om met mense te werk nie. Ongelukkig vir hulle sal hulle naam hulle vinnig inhaal indien hulle nie beter kliente diens lewer nie. As ek so kyk na al die klagtes hier is dit reeds besig om te gebeur.
Leandra Wessels, owner at Wall Art by Lady Leas is a scammer and a liar. I ordered bedding from her on the 1st of August and paid in full. As per her website orders takes 22 working days - it is already middle November. She ignores your calls, emails and messages, only if you leave complaints on her facebook page she is quick to respond and give empty promises about your order that will be sent the following week, she also then deletes your comments so that no one else sees the bad service she gives. She refuses to give me a refund and has now blocked me from leaving comments or sending messages on her facebook page, this is how she treats paying customers!!!!!!! No goods - No refund - is that not called stealing?
<p>I logged a complaint for Mr Price about their dissapointing service, although today I would just like to thank them for the quick response. Special thanks to Shamla Rajah for her effective and friendly assistance with mentioned complained. She was really professional and made sure my request was completed. ;-)</p>
<p>I asked for my surname to be changed on my account at the branch across Kolenade mall seeing that my signature changed. Cashier told me that it is a lot of forms to fill in and that its going to take long (obviously not wanting to assist me) but yes they will check your singnature when purchasing goods, went to a second store (branch at Atterbury Value Mart) - filled in the forms but they have still not changed my details. I also took the time twice to go to a store (branch at Atterbury value mart & branch in Kolenade)- fill in forms to stop the "lost card fee" "client protection fee" and a "card service fee" but they are still charging me.... every month. So now I am left furious and confused to what to do to get any service seeing that I also logged a call with their customer service but got no response, this is obviously not a problem at one branch but their service overall!</p>
