Disappointing service

I had an extremely disappointing experience with VTC Attorneys (Mitchells Plain branch) during a property transfer. There was a lack of transparency, poor communication, and no meaningful follow-through on key issues.

Critical information was not disclosed timeously, including the presence of tenants and access to the lease, despite repeated requests. Concerns raised during and after occupation were met with circular responses rather than accountability.

As the paying client, I expected professional oversight of the transaction and consideration of all stakeholders, not a process that left me cleaning up avoidable problems and chasing basic answers. I would not recommend this firm to purchasers expecting diligence and client care.
