Very Poor Experience with VeloteX Manufacturing!

Our experience with VeloteX was extremely disappointing. We placed and paid for a custom activewear order in October 2025 with a promised 30-day turnaround, but delivery only happened more than 60 days later. When the garments arrived, there were several issues including incorrect design details, missing features from our reference images, and fabric that attracts lint almost immediately.

During telephone discussions, VeloteX acknowledged there had been faults and communication issues on their side. However, once we requested a refund for the defective goods, they changed their position in writing and claimed they had not admitted to anything, which shows a serious lack of accountability.

To make matters worse, VeloteX also attempted to introduce an additional charge that had never been quoted or agreed to, only after the garments were completed and returned.

This entire experience has involved poor communication, failure to follow basic custom manufacturing procedures, delivery delays, and refusal to take responsibility when defects were raised.
