Very Poor Experience with VeloteX Manufacturing!
Our experience with VeloteX was extremely disappointing. We placed and paid for a custom activewear order in October 2025 with a promised 30-day turnaround, but delivery only happened more than 60 days later. When the garments arrived, there were several issues including incorrect design details, missing features from our reference images, and fabric that attracts lint almost immediately. During telephone discussions, VeloteX acknowledged there had been faults and communication issues on their side. However, once we requested a refund for the defective goods, they changed their position in writing and claimed they had not admitted to anything, which shows a serious lack of accountability. To make matters worse, VeloteX also attempted to introduce an additional charge that had never been quoted or agreed to, only after the garments were completed and returned. This entire experience has involved poor communication, failure to follow basic custom manufacturing procedures, delivery delays, and refusal to take responsibility when defects were raised.

RUN A MILE IF YOU WANT TO BUY RUNNING KIT FROM THESE GUYS
We placed an order on Velotex for corporate sports apparel. The sizes that they delivered were not only wrong, but they were also inconsistent. We are now more than 6 months down the line and we are told that: (a) we ordered incorrectly (not true); and they will sort the problem out if we promise them future work (not going to happen in a million years). They eventually promised to deliver the rectified items to us early March. Then we were told that they couldn't produce because they were busy with a big order for another customer. Now, after all of that, they go back and say that they aren't responsible for the errors. All round shocking service.

Terrible Service
Absolute nightmare to deal with for custom tri-suit manufacturing. Extremely *********** graphic designer, which we were at first not even allowed to speak with directly. Had to spend hours trying to work through the artwork. Constant mistakes made from their side. One of the tri-suits received is completely stitched incorrectly at the front. I was promised in writing that our order would be completed and delivered by no later than the 25th. (30 Days from payment) Didn't happen. Then again promised in writing it would be delivered by no later than the 31st. As it was extremely urgent to have the suits for Ironman 70.3 Durban, it had to be shipped to a location which we still had to drive over an hour to go fetch ourselves. Rather pay extra and use a much more competent quality driven manufacturer that takes pride in their work. Never again!
