I am extremely disappointed with Vending Solutions' lack of action and professionalism regarding my request to have my personal information deleted from their systems. Despite multiple formal requests, including one sent in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), my data has not been removed, and I continue to receive unwanted communications.

This is a clear failure to respect customer privacy and comply with South Africa’s data protection laws. As a last resort, I have given them 24 hours to resolve this issue, failing which I will escalate the matter to the Information Regulator.

I urge Vending Solutions to take customer data privacy more seriously and handle such requests promptly and professionally. This experience has severely impacted my trust in their business practices.
