************ and nepotistic. Avoid.
My previous review was removed, possibly because I was too harsh. My review needs to be harsh, as the service received has been utterly awful. Venkam is a company run by a group of ************, nepotistic drones who dont resolve issues, dont support the tenants they administrate, regularly make mistakes and cause stress for tenants, and the list goes on. We even have a tenant in our building with a dog that bites people, and they allow the dog to stay as its the easiest course for them. Venkam will take you to book immediately if you dont fulfil your obligations, but they see no reason to fulfil their obligations. I still dont have my arrivals snag list from when I moved in over 2 years ago! If I had known what I was getting into, I would not have moved here.

So I don't know why it is removed, when it is not an offensive word to the innocent.
It is also worth mentioning that their good reviews look like they fall into the other term I used for them; nepotistic. They are a closed little club of one particular culture, who incestuously blow smoke up each other's backsides.
