TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have been with Vertex for a while. I am so disappointed in the service that I have received from them. They deducted or debited my account early this month without consent from myself and they did not even send any form of notification. I am enraged at this as it has now totally messed up my budget. Vertex does not realize that not all of us get paid early but the same time every month and to deduct early without consent and without notification is not ethical or lawful and goes against all compliance laws put in place to protect the consumer.
