Helen Williams denying me my rights to question my own verification report

A Verification Report was run on me by Veri Source, as requested by my new employer. I do have a copy of this report, but wanted to confirm that the dates were correct in terms of when the check was done. Helen Williams from Veri Source replied to me and said I should request the information from my employer, and even cc'd my employer. She refused to confirm any dates, although the wording on their report clearly states "THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS REPORT IS CONFIDENTIAL AND MAY BE LEGALLY PRIVILEGED. THE CONTENTS ARE SOLELY FOR THE USE OF THE CLIENT TO WHOM IT IS ADDRESSED AND OTHER AUTHORISED INDIVIDUALS". So do I not count as an " authorised individual"? Veri Source have infringed on my constitutional rights. I demand to know when this report was REQUESTED by my employer, the DATE THE CHECK WAS CARRIED OUT by Veri Source as well as a FORWARDED COPY OF THE EMAIL THAT WAS SENT TO MY EMPLOYER SHOWING THE DATE IT WAS SENT TO THEM by Veri Source. I expect a reply before close of business today.
