VCCB FAI**** TO UPDATE INACCURATE INFORMATION

I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the inaccurate credit scoring information currently reflected on my profile by VCCB. Despite maintaining a responsible payment history and demonstrating consistent financial discipline, my records with your bureau do not accurately reflect my true credit behavior.

For more than six months, I have maintained active credit accounts and have consistently settled these obligations within approximately three months of utilization. These transactions clearly demonstrate a pattern of responsible borrowing and repayment. However, despite this verifiable payment history, my credit score and related records with VCCB have not been updated accordingly like the other bureaus have. This is particularly concerning, as all other credit bureaus have updated my profile accurately and have reflected my repayment conduct fairly and justly.

I have already lodged a formal dispute with VCCB requesting that my records be corrected. Unfortunately, the response provided did not contain a clear or reasonable justification for the failure to update my payment history. Consumer credit information is updated on a monthly basis ; however, my profile does not reflect this practice, which suggests that my records may not be processing correctly within your system. The explanations provided thus far appear inconsistent and do not adequately address the issue.

It is both frustrating and unfair that accurate positive repayment information is not being recorded, especially considering that negative payment behavior is typically reported promptly. Consumers rely on credit bureaus to maintain precise and up-to-date information, as inaccurate reporting can negatively impact financial opportunities, credit approvals, and overall financial standing.

I therefore request an immediate and thorough investigation into my credit profile, along with a full correction and update of all relevant payment history and scoring information. I would also appreciate receiving a written explanation outlining the cause of the discrepancy, the steps taken to resolve the matter, and confirmation once my records have been accurately updated.
