I was paying my MTN account: BA133920803 through VeriCred Collections company for months and until the account was settled last year in 2025. It’s 2026 Feb now and I still haven’t received any PAID UP LETTER nor STATEMENT showing a zero balance. I have been trying so hard to get assistance regarding this matter, yet they fail to deliver. I tried with their consumer portal, emails, whatsapp channel and nothing seems to work. I don’t know what to do anymore because on my credit report the account still appears as in Arrears and unsettled.
