Versofy’s after-sales service has been one of the worst I’ve encountered.
I never expected a commercial company to be even more inefficient than even the Post Office of old but the nighmare and frustration arising from their total lack of after sales service and accountability surpasses even that of the Post Office.
While they were quick to install the system, and it has been working, this weekend the system has been defective and is only producing only a fraction of the expected power. I reported it immediately, but the support experience has been shockingly poor.
No feedback. No troubleshooting. No one willing or able to pick up the phone and actually discuss the issue.
All I want is a functioning system and a clear update on when and how they plan to fix the problem, yet there is a total lack of urgency, accountability or willingness on their part to even try and remedy, let alone rectify the issue, is totally unacceptable.
I certainly cannot recommend to anyone looking for a solar solution provider to use their service, In fact I would avoid them at all cost.
